Privacy Policy

Effective 22 September 2025

This Privacy Policy applies to all information that EBSC Technologies Private Limited ("EBSC") and/or its associates and/or affiliates, located worldwide, collect through its website, www.bridgebeyond.in, and other websites, online features, applications, products and services that post a link to this Privacy Policy (the "BridgeBeyond Interface"), in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy.

EBSC is committed to respecting the privacy of all Users and strives to provide safe and secure data handling to all Users who upload user content on the servers of EBSC. This Privacy Policy hereby incorporates by reference all terms and conditions included in the "User Acceptance of Terms and Conditions". Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms and Conditions.

This Privacy Policy lays down the policies and practices applicable to the collection, usage and disclosure of personal and anonymous information that a User submits to EBSC through the BridgeBeyond Interface. By accessing the BridgeBeyond Interface or by registering with EBSC, a User unconditionally agrees, consents and accepts all the terms of this Privacy Policy.

A User's usage of the BridgeBeyond Interface signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. EBSC reserves the right to modify the provisions in this Privacy Policy without prior notice. Users are requested to periodically revisit the Privacy Policy for relevant updates and amendments.

1. Collection and Retention of Information

EBSC only gathers user information that it actually needs. It only stores name, e-mail address and contact information in its database and/or servers in India, and does not store any sensitive personal data such as credit card or debit card information (except, where applicable, with the User's permission within secured payment gateways). In addition to basic contact details, EBSC may collect information necessary for recruitment and deployment purposes, including educational qualifications, employment history, professional licenses or certifications, police clearance certificates, visa and passport details, and results of language proficiency or skill assessments.

Collection of information is done only if EBSC needs the same for a legitimate purpose and in furtherance of the Terms and Conditions. EBSC has possession and custody of information only if (a) the User has provided the information themselves, (b) EBSC has automatically collected the information, or (c) EBSC has obtained the information from a third party.

EBSC retains Users' personal information for as long as required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. EBSC may retain some User-specific personal information for longer periods as permitted or required by law (such as to prevent abuse, in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce its agreements, or for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations). When EBSC no longer has a legitimate need to process User information, it will delete or anonymize the information from active databases and securely store it in isolation on backup discs until deletion is possible.

Data Protection Rights (GDPR and Equivalent Laws)

If you are located in the European Union or any jurisdiction with comparable data protection laws, you have certain rights under applicable law, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting EBSC via the Contact Us section. EBSC shall process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

EBSC processes personal data under the following legal bases: (i) performance of a contract with you or your employer; (ii) compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; (iii) legitimate interests in operating recruitment and mobility services; and (iv) your consent, where applicable.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

In providing the BridgeBeyond Services, EBSC may transfer your personal information from India to the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur, EBSC ensures that adequate safeguards are implemented, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms, to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

EBSC may, where legally required, collect limited special categories of data, such as medical fitness certificates, police clearance records or biometric identifiers, strictly for the purposes of compliance with employment, immigration and healthcare regulations. Such data will only be processed with explicit consent or under lawful bases permitted by applicable law.

2. Usage and Disclosure of Information

By submitting user information through the BridgeBeyond Interface, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and expressly consents to the processing of information in accordance with the same. EBSC may also share this information with its Business Partners who wish to contact Users for providing services based on different parameters, specifications and areas of expertise. EBSC undertakes that it shall not, at any point of time, disclose, deal, transfer, transmit, rent or sell any Information and/or User Content collected to any third-party agencies for any consideration whatsoever.

9. Divulgence of Confidential Information

EBSC agrees to fully cooperate with law-enforcement inquiries, court orders and decrees, and with other third parties to enforce laws such as intellectual property rights, and to prevent fraud, theft, harassment and protect other rights.
