We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a
question.

India has over 3.3 million registered nurses — one of the largest qualified nursing workforces in the world. Germany has over 300,000 unfilled nursing positions and a government that has passed two successive laws to make it easier for international nurses to work. The structural fit is obvious. The question was: why wasn't it working at scale?

The answer was not a shortage of willing candidates or willing employers. It was a shortage of a partner who took full responsibility for the journey from both ends simultaneously. Agencies placed candidates and moved on. Nobody owned the whole thing.

BridgeBeyond is built to be that partner. We own the sourcing, the training, the compliance, the visa, the pre-departure preparation, and the first 12 months after arrival — because the alternative is a nurse who boards a flight unprepared and goes home in three months. That outcome fails everyone.

The EduBridge Foundation

EduBridge has trained and placed over 3 lakh candidates across 100+ locations. Enterprise clients include JP Morgan, Standard Chartered, Infosys, and Capgemini.

Sixteen years of building candidate pipelines at scale. Established networks across nursing colleges in Maharashtra and beyond. A track record of employer trust that no start-up can manufacture. BridgeBeyond is not a new idea with new people.

MISSION, VISION & VALUES

OUR MISSION

To be Europe's most trusted partner for internationally sourced healthcare talent — setting the standard for ethical recruitment, professional preparation, and long-term workforce integration.

OUR VISION

A world where a qualified nurse from India can build a stable, respected, long-term career in European healthcare — and where the communities she serves are better for her presence.

Our Five Values

Ethics First

We do not place nurses who are not ready. We do not make promises we cannot keep. We do not take money from candidates before they have a job.

Candidate Welfare

A nurse who leaves Germany in Month 3 has been failed — by someone. We accept that it may have been us, and we build systems to prevent it.

Employer Trust

We earn an employer's second batch by delivering on the first. No relationship exists without performance.

Operational Precision

Compliance, documentation, timelines, and communication are not back-office functions. They are the product.

Retention Over Throughput

Our success metric is not how many nurses we deploy. It is how many are still working in German healthcare at Month 12.

THE BRIDGEBEYOND salutations

What makes us different from a typical recruiter?

1

We own the supply side — we don't just find candidates, we build them.

Most recruiters search for candidates who already speak German. We start earlier. Our 36-week VOICE for German™ programme takes a BSc nurse from A1 to B2 — with clinical communication fluency, cultural readiness, and three certifications — before she boards any flight. The product we deliver to German employers is not a person. It is a prepared professional.

2

We are compliance-first, not placement-first.

Every stage of our process — sourcing, screening, training, Anerkennung, visa, pre-departure, post-arrival — is owned by BridgeBeyond. We speak the regulatory language of both India (NSDC, MEA) and Germany (BA, Regierungspräsidium, Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz). Non-compliant placements create reputational and legal risk for employers. We do not create that risk.

3

Deployment is not the finish line. Retention is.

The standard in international nursing recruitment: a placement fee paid when a nurse arrives. The incentive is to place as many nurses as possible — not to ensure they stay. Our 24-week post-arrival support programme (RM contact, integration coaching, discrimination readiness, Brücke peer network) is not an add-on. Deployment without retention is not a service. It is a transaction.

4

We recruit ethically, because the alternative destroys the pipeline.

Exploitative fees, false promises, and poorly prepared candidates are not just moral failures — they are commercial failures. A German employer who has a bad experience with Indian nurses closes the door for every Indian nurse who comes after. We recruit ethically because it is right, and because it is the only way to build a business that lasts.

5

We are built on 16 years of proven workforce delivery infrastructure.

BridgeBeyond is not a start-up with an idea. It is the international healthcare mobility initiative of EduBridge — over 3 lakh candidates trained and placed, 100+ locations, enterprise clients including JP Morgan, Standard Chartered, and Infosys. The infrastructure powering BridgeBeyond has been stress-tested for over a decade.

ETHICS & COMPLIANCE

We have never needed to hide anything. We never will.

Ethical recruitment is not a badge we wear for marketing. It is a structural constraint built into every stage of how BridgeBeyond operates. Candidates who are exploited do not stay in Germany. Employers who are misled do not hire again. Our ethics are our business model.

FOUNDER'S PROMISE

Girish Singhania, Founder & CEO

"We will not place a single nurse in Germany without a signed employment contract in their hands first. That is not a policy. It is a promise."

— Girish Singhania, Founder & CEO, BridgeBeyond

When I started BridgeBeyond, I had seen what happened to Indian nurses who went abroad through agents who stopped caring after placement. They arrived unprepared, isolated, and often home within months. We built BridgeBeyond to be the system India's nursing community deserves — structured, honest, and present for the long term.

THE TEAM

The people who make the promise real.

BridgeBeyond is a team of specialists who have each built careers at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. We are practitioners who chose healthcare recruitment deliberately.
